Obviously, for people travelling internationally, connecting to ADASS would
be better than having a gap. For those in Australia the converse might be
true. From the results so far, everyone bar one who would like to attend in
person would prefer the week of Nov 9, with a general favouring of Perth or
Sydney over Melbourne. I agree that if we want to facilitate travel
coordination we would need to lock in the dates pretty soon. I suggest we
give it another day or two to allow some more responses to roll in before
trying to progress the plans further though.
