[Pafgbt] BYU receiver downconverter problems

Bill,

I actually sent you the wrong thesis.  Michael Elmer developed our new 20 MHz bandwidth converters, and that is what he documents.  The boards you have are 450 kHz bandwidth, and those were developed by Vikas Asthana.  I have attached his thesis.  Chapter 3 has detail, and a BoM.

We have found one spare board with 4 channels.  We will test it to see if they are all working.  Still checking for spare parts.

Does BYU have more information on these PCBs, like detailed schematic and BoM.  Also, when were they made and how were they tested?  We will probably be going through all the cards, and likely have to replace components in some cases.
