[mmaimcal]antenna numbering scheme

Hi,

This makes a lot of sense, and having the antennas start with 1 will prevent
some confusing discussions down the road.  Moreover, I'd also prefer that
the antennas to be numbered with real numbers above 9, i.e., 10, 11,...,64.
For example, BIMA named their tenth antenna "a" in observing scripts but
this convention wasn't used in other applications, e.g., in MIRIAD.
