Well, lots of decidisons reached today.  Don't seem to have an erase on my
computer.  4 subarrays  it is, it seems.  If anyone has time, we need to
man the levees on the number of antennas required for single dish mode.
Stephane claims one; with which I dont agree but it is one of the many issues
we haven't revisited since we had 40 antennas.  Darrel tells me that Weclch
agrees but this connection is o bad I haven't been able to see what he says.
