[VLA Operations]

VLA observing time is available during gaps in the OST schedule today 
and tonight that open under the following conditions:

If the wind speed is > 7 m/s, at any API RMS Phase, there is a very 
large gap from:   17:15 - 07:00 LST   (21:02-10:44 UT)
with the exception of a 45 minute 18A-297 SB that can start between 
20:00 to 00:45 LST.

If wind speed is 6-7 m/s and API RMS Phase < 10 degrees the gaps are:
20:45 - 22:00 LST, and 01:02 - 07:00 LST

If wind speed is < 6 m/s and API RMS Phase < 7 degrees the gaps are: 
01:35 - 04:50 LST, and 06:35-08:00 LST

Wind speed 9-11 m/s
API RMS Phase 6-20 degrees
Cumulus clouds, about 40% sky coverage
