[evlatests] Broken switched power

The stress test was run this morning, and inline below I give 
comments/updates:

This is OK as of this morning.

also OK now in both PSum and PDif.

Both IFs C and D in ea27 are showing very low PDif values (at least on 
order of magnitude lower compared to other IF's or antennas). PSum's are OK.
