[evlatests] Results of Panel Shift Test

     Mike had two panels moved on Wednesday to test the holography programs.

     The instructions were to select two panels, not on the innermost or 
outermost rings, not under the quadrupod legs, and not on the 45 or 135 
degree angle rays.  Raise one panel by about 5 mm, and lower the other 
by a similar amount.  Don't tell me the answers ...


     Holography easily identifies the changes.  I attach the image.   
Note that the 33 x 33 raster has a resolution of about 1.1 meters -- 
about the panel size -- so the displaced panel appears circular, rather 
than rectangular.

     *As viewed from the front*, and counting *clockwise*, starting at 
the top:


     1) Panel 19 in ring 4 was raised by 4.4 millimeters.

     2) Panel 32 in ring 4 was lowered by -5.3 millimeters.


     Note that we count rings from the center to the edge.
