[evlatests] Postponement of the 'Test-Engineering' meeting

     After consultation with a few possible contributors, I have decided 
to postpone the monthly 'test-engineering' meeting to next week:  August 
17, 10AM, in Rm 317.

     But then, we'll have some results to show on the subreflector 
offset tests, holography results, and P-band issues, including 
polarimetry.  (And, I hope, some other topics as well).
