[evlatests] VLA Test Results Meeting Today

FYI, here is the "RFI sweep" I mentioned going almost horizon to horizon in 1 hour at constant Declination, elevation was around 10deg at start (unfortunately it terminated early and didnt quite reach that at end).

This test could be repeated at different Decs and probably in a shorter amount of time (20min? 30min?). I should also look at autocorrelations for fun.

If so, there is no fundamental reason why we cannot 'pre-calibrate' all visibilities (except perhaps for phase). Doing so will considerably assist our users, particularly in the difficult process of RFI identification and excision. I'll give a status report on progress towards this goal.
