[evlatests] Test Results Meeting, next week

    After a rather long delay, Keith and I would like to actually have 
the monthly 'test results' meeting, at its normally scheduled time next 
week, 13 March, at 10AM. 

    Please let me know if you have test results to present.

    I will likely have three items for discussion:

    1) Effect of subreflector position on P-band amplitude and phase. 

    2) Gain changes after band changes (this problem is back ...)

    3) R-L phase variations.
