[evlatests] F318 in EA03

Hi All,

Wayne and Eric installed the new F318 module in EA03 today, replacing the F320 transition module and F14 front end control module that interfaces to the low-band receiver.

The module will be tested once EA03 is available on the master pad, starting around 1/5/15. Please let us know if you notice any problems.
