[evlatests] WIDAR P-band status update: 25NOV2014

Dear P-banders,

It's been a while since the last status update. Here is the outcome of a
short VLA WIDAR P-band status test (few minutes on 3C48) we ran on the
night of Nov 24-25. EA23 was out, EA18 was excluded (deformatter
problems on both XLP and YLP). Major points of attention are:

+ EA04 receiver was replaced, looks OK during this test (was reported
intermittent)
+ EA16 receiver was replaced, looks OK during this test (was reported
intermittent)
+ EA17 no longer has swapped polarizations (thanks for the fix!)
+ EA26 no longer has swapped polarizations (thanks for the fix!)

~ EA28 has normal power (was reported high, may be intermittent)

- EA02 has fast bandpass ripple on XLP and YLP (6 MHz = 25 m; was
reported previously)
- EA14 has low power in XLP (30 percent of median; was reported previously)
- EA18 has low power in XLP (20 percent of median; has rebuilt dipole)
- EA28 has fast bandpass ripple on XLP (3.6 MHz = 42 m; was reported
previously)

I also checked that EA13 now has switched power working.
