[evlatests] [Vlite-external] Antenna ea1=V5 problems

Good afternoon,
I'd like to point out one more area of concern, cooling.
The Utility rack doors can be difficult to close. Failing to secure the 
door latches can lead to a door popping open and affecting all the 
electronic modules within that rack.
