[evlatests] Some P-band RFI

     I'm looking at one of Tracy's VLITE tests (taken with WIDAR).

     With the very fine channelization, I can see some RFI not previous 
noted.  Most of 'interesting' frequencies ...

     The following clear birdies are visible:

     1) 333.0 MHz  This is, I believe, the ABQ airport ILS system.

     2) 340.0, 350.0, and 360.0 MHz.  Of these, the 350 MHz line is by 
far the strongest.

     3) 325.0 MHz.

     4) 328.0 MHz.

     5) 383.375 MHz.

     The last two of these are very weak.   The 325 MHz line is quite 
strong.
