[evlatests] ea19 at L-band looks good

As you may know, for several months antenna ea19 at L-band suffered a LNA
issue that resulted in noisy data, and had to be edited out in numerous
instances.

On March 19 ea19's L-band was fixed. The stress test results obtained since
then show its performance to be comparable to the majority of the antennas
in the array.

Its Tsys values are currently high: about 2.5 times the nominal value for
the L-pol (both IFs C and D), and about 3 times the nominal value for the
R-pol (both IFs A and B). This issue is being investigated (it may be due
to the Tcal's).
