[evlatests] L350 MIB and the WIDAR timecode faults

This was done a few minutes ago.  The antennas remained synchronized;
station boards had to be reset to use timecode A, and some deformatters
re-synchronized.  All looks well so far.

We don't expect to see any more timecode errors in the correlator,
but any seen should still be reported.
