After recent changes on the VLA (updates to ConfigMapper, L350 mib, CMIBs,
mk5c), I thought it worth testing if the VLA still does its thing re
phasing, summing, recording, and fringing. It does, and the clock offset
is just what it was 3 weeks ago after timekeeping was re-entrusted to the
H-maser.

So we are ready for the following program on Saturday, provided the control
files get here tomorrow (friday).
