[evlatests] EVLA ACU Critical Design Review

There will be a Critical Design Review (CDR) for the new ELVA ACU/FRM 
system on Wednesday, Nov 28th at 2PM in the AOC Auditorium in Socorro. 
This review will cover the final design of the new system and it's 
readiness for installation on a VLA antenna in Q1 CY2013.  Audio/Video 
teleconferencing capabilities will be available.
