[evlatests] Antennas 5 and 9

In order to return antenna 5 to W8 (both station and antenna are rigged 
for RFI test measurements) ant 10 which currently occupy W8 must move. 
We want to move antenna 9 into the AAB for overhaul on Wednesday. 
Though this is earlier than ant 5 returning to service it allows us to 
move ant 10 from W8 before moving to the A array.

If this poses any problem then lets discuss it at the WCM tomorrow morning.
