This morning between 7:30 and 9:30 all the correlator station boards
were upset with timecode.  Whatever happened so confused the station
boards that we had to reboot all of them because they did not
communicate reliably with the usual GUIs.  Eventually it was necessary
to power cycle one of the cross bar boards and all the baseline
boards as well.

This is something that has not happened in recent history and leaves
us very confused.  Is it possible that someone, unknown to us fiddled
with the master LO, or timecode cabling this morning?  It would be
very reassuring to have an explanation for this perplexing event.
