There was a C band pointing run Friday night which was consistent
with a good antenna that has a large pointing error.  After correcting
the large errors an X band pointing run was done Saturday night.
This confirmed the tilt deduced from the earlier C band measurement
and provided X band collimations, but showed that ea16 had very large
unmodeled pointing errors.

Is it possible that there is something wrong with the way the X band
feed is mounted?  I will try to do a 3 dB tracking test soon to rule
out periodic tracking errors.
