[evlatests] Missing Tcals

In summary, I believe there is no problem with MCAF. here are
the details.

1. Ku band - I believe the problem is fixed now.

ea12 and ea26 - Rick reported them as Tcal missing; Rich M.'s
new extract from the database, now shows them present, here:
https://mctest.evla.nrao.edu/rich/tcals/
So they probably got put in the database after Rick's data were
taken.



2. Q band, ea24: This was more difficult to track down, but here is
a plausible theory:

ea24 uses serial #8. SN8 in Chuck Kutz's database (see the listing
below from unix 'ls') has a different filename convention than the
others. So I think if the filename is fixed, MCAF will find the data.
