[evlatests] Missing Tcals

    Basic calibration of the 'flux densities' run is now complete at all 
bands. 
    In reviewing the results, some oddities in the amplitude gains are 
seen.  Some of these are due to erroneous values of Tcal.   Reviewing 
the tables, I find:

    Tcal is set to 1.0 (the default) for antennas 12 and 26 at Ku-band, 
and for antenna 24 at Q-band. 

    Can we get these updated? 

    All other working antennas in the December run have plausible values 
in the tables.
