[evlatests] Missing Tcals

The file names used for the Q-Band S/N 8 files should be valid. This is 
the naming convention for measurements done with the EVERETT Rack. They 
seem to work for the L, Ku & Ka-Band receivers (which are normally 
characterized with this rack rather than the older SOIDA Rack).

Perhaps it is the missing "0" (i.e., Q8L should be Q08L)?
