Pointing is now much closer; the azencoder zero has changed by well
over one degree.  Fringes can now be seem up to K band.

L band:  OK, but pointing is still not spot on.
S band:  Not examined
C band:  Polarizations are swapped
X band:  Polarizations are swapped
Ku band: OK
K band:  OK


I understand that Chuck and Rudy will take care of the recabling.
Pointing will be refined sometime after we have C and X bands and
delays are set.
