ea14 is now good enough for astronomical use. All receivers
are working; the Ka band receiver has not yet been intalled.

Much of the difficulty getting the antenna going was because the
Az encoder zero had changed by more than two degrees. Rough
pointing has now been done, delays have been set, and focus has
been set for the new receivers. After a good X band pointing run
during the weekend, the antenna tilt should be measured well
enough to allow the antenna to be moved next week if that is
desired.
