[evlatests] Initial Results -- 2 GHz-wide data.

The easiest marker for RL vs. LR would be ea06-B (RCP), which shows
a strong wobble.  Of course if your problem is with AC this won't help.
Probably easiest would be a special test, adjusting the attenuation or
zapping an StB to see what comes out.
