[evlatests] Test data from Tuesday

    Good.  An explanation is in sight.

    For 25 RCP, note that this antenna both has the large and variable 
standing wave at L-band, *and* has large changes in correlation (whose 
presence at other bands is not known).  .  Linked, perhaps?
