[evlatests] Antenna 25, RCP, L-band

    The bandpass stability from the test yesterday is in general about 
what would be expected from the source and the background sources. 

    One antenna, however, stands out -- 25 in RCP:  There is a truly 
remarkable *variable* standing wave in the bandpass.  This has the usual 
6 cycles across 128 Mhz period -- corresponding to the usual 7 meter 
physical distance.  It is easily visible in this case because it changed 
by one-half cycle during the hour long period of observation.  This 
characteristic is not visible in LCP.
