[evlatests] Test data from Tuesday

Rick reported that the LCP data show 1 db changes in gain, suggesting
that I didn't manage to freeze the attenuators in IF C.  Alas, Ken
confirms that I had a problem in my script.  This affects all data taken this
past couple of weeks.  I will tweak future scripts to avoid this.

Note that this does NOT explain the 1db gain changes for ea25 RCP (IF A),
which remains a mystery.
