[evlatests] RFI at 7273 MHz

    New data at the high end of C band have been taken.

    Starting at 18:42 IAT, a *whopping* great RFI birdie showed up:  
7273.5 MHz.  Width about 500 kHz.  Peak about 25 dB above the noise.   
It is on until the end of the run (at 19:07).

    Any idea what this is?
