[evlatests] EA01, C band, IF A shows periodic amplitude drops

Two test runs yesterday morning (Thursday 11jun09) at C band showed
odd amplitude behavior for antenna ea01, IF A: periodic amplitude drops,
with a drop of a few per cent lasting for ~30 seconds every two minutes.

The first run was a spectral line observation (25 MHz per IF, mode 4
--> 7 channels per IF after dropping the first channel); the second was
the standard continuum setup (50 MHz per IF).

Ken tells me he suspects the sampler.
