[evlatests] EA01, C band, IF A shows periodic amplitude drops

	Yes, it appears that a VLA sampler is causing this problem. This will 
be addressed next maintenance day. I had a problem this maintenance day 
with the AC side delay/mult racks shutting down following some 
underfloor activity to accommodate some network re-cabling and would 
prefer not having these racks shaken or doors opened until then.
