[evlatests] P band summary

Ant 1 does not have a T301 installed and the receiver is disconnected in 
the barrel. FE is waiting for some barrel work to be finished before we 
repair the damaged coax and power cables feeding the receiver.

Ant 13 still has the very strong 330 MHz signal present in the passband, 
so far we have not been able to find the cause. One day while 
troubleshooting, it was discovered that it would go away when ever you 
stepped down in an particular spot in the vertex room!

We will take a look at 26 LCP tomorrow.
