I tried to see if we are doing anything wrong at P band.

ea1 and ea13 are still confused for differing, known reasons.
ea16 is not yet outfitted

ea17-l302-2 was in standby.  A command to a different frquency
made it happy again.

ea21 BD and ea23 B could be helped by revised attenuator settings.

ea26 LCP has low TP.  So low that even with the attenuators wide
open we still don't see adequate power at the sampler.

No ther problems were seen.
