[evlatests] X-Band Results from Modcomp-Free Observations

    I reviewed the mode 1A data at X-band from the tests. 

    Only antennas 3 and 7 were dead.    All others fringed strongly. 

   
    Large delay errors (more than 1/2 turn of phase across 12 MHz, or 
~50 nsec error or more) are seen on antennas 14, 17, 22, and 28. 
    Antenna 14 has full sensitivity at this band (unlike at C-band, 
where it is very weak). 

    Amplitude drops, as reported earlier, are present. 

    All other characteristics looks good.
