A fix is ready for IDCAF that should address this, but it isn't deployed 
yet -- I would like to be in control then just in case.  Even after the 
new version is deployed the names cannot be guaranteed to be correct in 
all cases.  Any VLBI done at the VLA will get an erroneous obscode!
