[evlatests] Modcomp-free: P-Band

    Things are improving...

    The most recent test, this afternoon, shows:

    IF1:  Good correlation on all antennas except 10, 13, 16, and 28.  
Antennas 10 and 28 seem to be  broken.  Antennas 13 and 16 have no 
receivers. 

    IF2:  A very interesting situation:  In LCP (IF'D'), all is as 
reported for IF1.  But in RCP, the EVLA and VLA are incoherent with each 
other:  VLA antennas fringe with VLA, EVLA with EVLA.  Looks like an 
incorrect frequency is being used in one or the other.
