[evlatests] Puzzling L-band Modcomp-free behavior

    Two attempts were made this afternoon to get L-band continuum data. 

    On the first scan, ONLY the EVLA antennas produced fringes, and only 
with each other.  These good data showed up 2.5 minutes after the 
beginning of the scan. 

    A 2nd attempt was made with a separate file, 1.5 hours later.  The 
scan was only 2 minutes long -- and no good data at all were taken.
