I re-sync'd and restarted ant 17 (the receivers are still cooling.)  We 
should be able to fringe with this antenna.

I did the same thing to ant 23 and Ken claimed that ant 23 was fringing 
at X-band, but the operator says that it stopped fringing when he 
switched to K-band.  The FE group worked on ant 23 K-band because a card 
cage failure caused the receiver to warm up.  They have done a temp fix 
and the receiver is cooling again.  Chuck tells me it will be fixed 
tomorrow.

Ant 21 appears to have low power on LCP (C/D) as measured at the T303. 
This could explain why C/D doesn't fringe at K-band, but I don't know 
why X-band isn't fringing???  I will look into this tomorrow.
