[evlatests] Today's EVLA Phase Behavior

    I reported this morning at the coordination meeting on peculiar 
phase behavior, from observations made on Friday. 

    This morning, I repeated the observations, using the same 
(continuum) mode.  I find:

    a) The '2nd derivative' parabolas are present.

    b) The 10-second period square wave in phase, on antenna/IF 19B and 
19C, is present. 

    c) The ~1-minute periodic phase on antenna 21A and 21B is absent. 

    d) The occasional 10-second phase offset on antenna 24B and 24D is 
absent.
