We now know what happened.  Bryan's attempt to test observing
a planet triggered a bug in the executor causing it to send
very invalid commands to the L302 and ACU.  The ACU MIB
survived; the L302 MIB did not.

Barry has exterminated the executor bug.  Pete will make the
MIBs more impervious to this kind of garbage.
