[evlatests] Line subarrays, another round.

Summary, with some repetition from earlier emails:

Dec 4: VLA sub 1 (majority) at K band, EVLA sub 2 at Q band,
        various BW tried, both arrays had same correlator mode
        and scan sequence. No mislabelled data or other book-
        keeping errors found, but one frequency setting at K band
        had high fringe rate on all antennas, IF A only. Still
        thought to be a Fluke setting error, as far as I know.
        It repeated bad for 2 scans at that setting, with good
        data in between at other settings.

Dec 6:

  a.    Same as Dec 4 but with all antennas in 1 subarray
        at K band. Result: All is well.

  b.    Same as Dec 4th,  2 subarrays: Also fine this time!?

  c.    2 Q band subarrays with frequency setup taken from
        Goddi et al, slated to run this weekend: Again all OK.

Any ideas? other than repeat Dec.4 which I suppose I should do
but have no enthusiasm for. Don't ask don't tell seems a better
policy.
