There was a little time to look into this today. 18 seems to work at
P band. Delays needed a little help but there were no obvious problems;
someone should have a look at it more seriously. 14 AC, however, did not
work because the L302 refused to lock at 14458.0625 MHz.

It should have no effect on delays, but resyncing all th antennas might.
In particular 13BD suffered a cery large delay change and is not yet
in order. Was anything else done to 13BD?
