[evlatests] IF1 - IF2 jumps

    A short note, before I must accompany our AUI board members to the site.

    I ran a number of tests yesterday to check, amongst other things, if 
the IF1 - IF2 phase jumping problem remains with us. 

    Sadly, it does.  All antennas seem to partake, some are particularly 
bad (antenna 12 stands out especially). 

    The EVLA and VLA  have quite uncorrelated phases between scans.
