I put my "tloser" program on the web.  It is a tool to calculate L301 and 
L302 settings that place a certain sky frequency within the VLA bandpass. 
Enter either a band edge frequency or a center frequency and a bandwidth 
(all in MHz). All possible L301 and L302 tunings will be displayed.
