Steve announced that 26 passed its acceptance test.
It seems to work, but is down by about a factor of
ten in power from the other antennas.  Pointing looks
to be on the main beam and delays and focus have been
set.  Do we have an LO problem or receiver problem?

Antenna 24 has two little problems.  The SD for IF B
is low and very unstable at all bands.  The input TP
detector in T304-C is pegged at +67 dBm, so the ALC
software does not work too well.

At X band the working IFs of antenna 24 are still down
about a factor of four in power; antenna 14CD is down
about a factor fo two in power.
