This was tracked down to the L302 which was not doing
phase switching properly and has now been replaced.

After that it was found that the amplitude response of
24D was bistable.  The cause of this was found by Rob,
after exhaustive resetting and swapping, to be the VLA
sampler.  We now expect 24 to be in good shape for the
pointing run tonight.
