[evlatests] 24 and 26

Antenna 26 has a bad M301 (MIB not communicating) so only x-band will work. 
A new one was taken out today but rumor has it they haven't been able to 
get on the antenna due to wind.

We'll have to investigate the 24BD problem, but I agree - from Ken's 
description, it sounds like an L302-2
