[evlatests] X-band Holography

A short 14 x 14 raster at X-band was made for all four EVLA antennas.

    1) The centering offset problem reportedly lately appears to have
been repaired. All scans
seem to peak properly. Congratulations to Walter.

    2) Antenna 18, although fringing on 4 IFs, gives good data only on
IF A. IF 'D', as noted
by Mike, is quite useless. IFs 'B' and 'C' give erratic amplitudes, and
are not useful.

    3) There were no *obvious* phase jumps of the type noted at L-band
(jumping on a small
fraction of the 10-second scans). This *might* indicate the problem at
L-band is in the L301,
rather than the L302 (which is not used at X-band).

I'll do the holographic inversions later. More data to reduce, as
to be reported next.
